Gastric Cancer Surgery

The objective of Gastric Cancer Surgery is to remove all cancerous tissue from the stomach. Additionally, the surgeon will remove surrounding healthy tissue to minimize the likelihood of cancer recurrence. 

The surgery will be done under general anaesthetic and will either be performed via Open Surgery (laparotomy) or Keyhole Surgery (Lararoscopic).
